A woman escaped by a whisker after an SUV barged past other cars and sped down the sidewalk in Bengaluru’s BTM layout on Tuesday morning. Police said the incident took place around 10: 45 am when the woman was buying something at a shop by the footpath. Police said the speeding car damaged several shops, adding that no one was injured.
